Ghana’s pharmaceutical company, mpharma says prices of drugs in the country will increase due to ongoing disruptions in the drug supply chains globally caused by the outbreak of Coronavirus.

In a press statement, mPharma said “as we battle the spread of COVID-19, is looking to address what it says is a potential drug supply shortage and price increases due to ongoing disruptions in the drug supply chains globally caused by the outbreak of Coronavirus. The organization is today launching a price control program for chronic patients dubbed “Mutti Keep My Price”

According to report, india has imposed export restrictions on 26 essential drugs.
